me too me too

Hi. Yeah. I want to join in on the fun. My sisters put this up and it even got my brother to respond!!!!!! Their memories of me are probably things I don't remember, but let's hear it! Everyone can do this. Even Scott.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and what memories people have about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Do you remember being my guinea pig on several occasions? There was the painted Easter Egg face, the hair cut...

Adam is reminising about that time you came to his aunt's house with us for a couple of days at Chritmas and snuggled up with Reed. He thought we were going to have two Black's in the family! Could have been fun, huh? The family part -- don't know about the "you and Reed" part.

Yeah, and I'm totally suprised too, that no one mentioned my terrible Denny's experience when I was 11. There. I did it so no one else has to.

LOL!!!! I would love to forget that Reed experience forever, thanks. And OH YEAH! I forgot about that lovely Denny's incident.
I LOVED the easter egg face paint, but couldn't make up my mind about the hair cut. I said it was great until mom said boo. Then I cried. LOL!!!! good times.

Ha! I'd forgotten the Denny's moment til now!!! Still laughing....

My first memory of you Laura, goes way back. I remember Mom being pregnant with you, going to grandma's house when you were born, then visiting you in the hospital. I remember you sleeping in the basenet in Mom's room. I felt so important because I got to feed you bottles of juice occasionally while rocking you in that wooden rocking chair (that I still want to steal from Mom & Dad!--It had the perfect butt indentations and was so comfy.) We used to try to get you to say we were each your best buddy when you were young (up til about kindergarten age). You were very protective of mom when we were teasing her. You used to punch us! Man, I could go on and on about what I remember about you!

I also remember looking at the ceiling in the TV room with you looking for shapes and doing the "oh, my leg, my leg hurts" thing. (That was from a safety kids tape I think. Really funny the way she said it.)

I remember you totally getting your way because you were the youngest!!! So there are good things about being the baby too. Heck, Mom let you drive her car! (I wasn't allowed to drive til I was 16, then only with supervision. I finally was allowed to get MY license on my 17th birthday! Then I had to buy that crummy crash car to beat up on.--not complaining--I'm just saying.)

That's it. I'll stop now.

"Oh, my leg, my leg hurts!" is from the Honesty Brite story. They compared the sliver that festered in her leg to a lie that can fester, but sooner or later has to come out and the longer you wait the more painful it is.

...Honestly! Can't you remember? :)

Oh ya!!! That's right. Nope, I didn't remember. Memory is the first thing to go you know. Another reason Laura should be grateful to be the baby. ;)

Love the new BLACK AND GREEN background!!

Many memories of fun times on the beach in Pacifica.....

How about the Irish Festival on the Santa Anita racetrack near LA when we both had to be in costume the entire HOT weekend. You hung out backstage and jammed on your violin with a bunch of musicians. I have photos to prove it! (The costume was quite funny. ....blackmail!)
